Being tall, my low, forward seat has not been comfortable for long period use. I thought 3.225" lift would be appropriate for me, so I bought bolts, washers, and made spacers from 1/2" steel tube stock (to accommodate the M8 x 1.25 bolts).
While I had it apart, I thought I'd drill and tap the seat slider baser to allow one hole space further back for more leg room.
After cutting, polishing and painting the spacers, I built it. But, alas it was now too high to comfortably grab the wheel and control the scraper without bending.

Re: several tractor improvements...
3.25" lift was too high...
So, I tried 2" spacers. Perfect! (not shown)
While I was at it, I installed my new rear led light and mounted my toolbox again. The first time mounting it, my 3 pt lift arms made contact (fail).
This time, I used squared u-bolts.
Also installed 3 tie rod seals, did oil change, oil filter and gas filter. Checked anti-freeze good.
Now I'm ready for our first freeze coming later this week, but not my garden. Anyone need some green tomatoes?

Re: several tractor improvements...
Nice looking tractor. I see you have numerous add ons. By the way, you probably know fried green tomatoes are pretty good eating.

Re: several tractor improvements...
Where did you get that toolbox?
Second, do you have some closeups of how it is mounted?
Thanks!

Re: several tractor improvements...
Very nice! I have a Yanmer 2210D and I can see I have the need also for mounting some tools to use while operating my tractor. Your tool box holder looks great. Any ideas how I could also build and mount one of these cool mods to my tractor?
Thanks,
Dan

Re: several tractor improvements...
OK - In response to the questions about the mounting of the toolbox:
After my first effort failed, I ended up getting 2 squared u bolts which fit my ROPS, covered the u bolts with rubber hose and mounted them to the ROPS. Took 2 lengths of 1/2" angle iron and mounted them to the u bolts, then mounted the box on top of the angle iron.
I'll try to post an image.

Also - I got the tool box from Agri Supply Co.

Why do they charge $2 more for Yanmar red?
