Snow blower Front mount on 1500

Guess I should start a little project page here instead of spreading info all over.

I am mounting a formerly lawn mower mounted snow blower to the front of my ym1500 via belly mounts. I'll be driving it from the PTO via a belly slung drive shaft, very much the same as 4x4 welder did.

Blower is a 44" MTD, grabbed it from a friend who wanted it gone so the price was right. Twas a belt drive unit but Ill be converting it to a shaft drive.

Well this project is done, just need some snow to prove that it works and find any hickups. I have a little video but can’t get it to load. Perhaps I’ll get some photos up.
