What size tractor do I need? What is a good model to buy? What size mower do I need?

Hello everyone. I have found a YM2010 with a loader for sale and it is priced right. One question I have, i noticed that the right real wheel is coated with fluid and the ground in that area is heavily stained. My assumption is that the rear axle seal is leaking and needing replaced. Is this something that a person with good mechanical skills can repair or does the repairs need to be completed by a repair shop? Also, any idea on what the costs would be if it were done at a repair shop?
I would estimate 90% of our customers change that rear seal themselves. It is not a really complicated job and the parts are not heavy like some bigger machines. I think it is probably a 2-3 hour job so, depending on the shop rates in your area, around $200 labor is probably pretty close.
