Does my Yanmar 2000D have a screen for the hydraulics.

So I am woman with a tractor and horses who knows nothing about tractors. (That is my disclaimer should you decide to continue.) My bucket and PTO have been progressively getting slower to come up for the last year. If it warmed up, it worked fine or sometimes I would crank the throttle and it responds better. I've replaced the trans/ hydr oil, the engine oil, and cleaned the hydraulic filter. It's still sluggish.
1.) Is there a screen to remove? If so, where is it? Which side?
2.) Does this sound like a screen issue or a pump issue?

you said you cleaned the hydraulic filter. Not sure what you cleaned. There is a hydraulic suction strainer found right here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqnqsUfNjj4
