I’m going to break apart so what I need to look for is the long spline on clutch faces towards the rear. What else do I need to check maybe make sure that the clutch shaft is going all the way into the bushing in the back of the crank
Is not damaged and the shaft is going into it

Did you change the throw out bearing? If so, make sure it is on in the right direction. I think your shaft is in correctly just because of the back and forth movement that can be seen on your video.

I haven’t broke it apart yet but I was talking to people about it. Could it be I have the wrong pressure plate “not deep enough “
The fingers are not reaching the TO bearing to disengage clutch.

Not sure what difference it would make but looks to me the throw out bearing is installed backwards. Maybe Aaron will comment.

I don't think it is I watched video all the way doing it Even if it was still wouldn't solve the issue with it not touching the pressure plate
I emailed a picture to the contact us email hopefully the plate fingers are at more of a angle they have are different

I agree, you have the bearing on correctly. Do you still have the old clutch for comparison or did you compare it with the new one?

I got your pictures of the old clutch. It looks like you are not checking back for my replies to your support tickets so I will respond here as well. Your old pressure plate looks even worse so I'm not really sure what is causing the fingers to be inverted like that. is it possible that someone machined the flywheel and messed up the dimensions?

And just to make sure.... "Clutch spline long side facing to the rear" means the long end will be facing you when you install the clutch.

Your old clutch picture:

Here are a couple clutches that are installed correctly. The fingers are almost flat which is pretty much the same as your new clutch setup in your video.
