i looked over all the sections and reviewed the diagrams as well. The only place I saw that mentioned was the trouble shooting area. Its been raining constantly here and have not been able to get any video yet but hopefully it will be nice tomorrow.

My FX28 had the same problem. The 3-point couldn't hold it's position without dropping a fraction of an inch and then recovering to it's original position. This created a jumping or surging effect which is usually caused by flow-by on the 3-point piston seal. After I replaced the seal, the problem went away.
