155d shifting rail

I have a 155d and the first reverse shift fork broke need to remove shift rail ant suggestions, I really dont wand to break it in half

Based on the information I have looked at I think a split is inevitable but don't know it for a fact. I believe the shaft has to slide forward toward the clutch housing. There is an o-ring on the shaft where it goes into the front of the transmission housing. If you will email me at mabe1945@hotmail.com I will share something with you.
