My front 5.00-14's are past their use by date, South Sun Brand, I am having trouble finding that size replacement over here, OZ. Due to being 4WD I have to go with the same size I presume or can I go up to a 6-14? Any suggestions or brand names I can take to my dealer to try and find? Happy to stay with the lug pattern, Thanks .
Notice post #4 in the old TBN thread. Your 5.00-14s might even be closer. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/yanm ... tires.html
Maybe he deciphered the date code in the TIN (tyre identification number). Then he believed the industry, which wants everyone to replace their rubber (including unused spares) after five years or whatever, and assumed that what (supposedly) applies to road vehicles applies to tractors.

No one here is a mind reader. It appears you need new tubes if you have to keep patching them.

I've tried the reps in NSW and although Bridgestone list the 5.00-14 , they do not import the tyre into Australia so they tell me. Could you possibly post the brand and size you managed to get through T&M? Thanks
They are Swallow branded made in China (what isn't) but they have been fine. One puncture but easily fixed. I think mine were 4.00x12. There is a big Ag tyre place in Shepparton in country vic that ship all over the place but i don't remember their name.
