Loader cylinder leaking
I have 240D with a Johnson Model 22 loader that has a leaking lift cylinder. Not terrible just annoying. The only manual I can find on-line is for a Model 14 loader which has different size lift cylinders? How do I determine which cylinder is which? Both cylinders are the same size externally. Or should I just take it off and have it rebuilt. I did that once 4-5 years ago (same cylinder, so they obviously did a stellar job!) but it was $220 and I can probably buy a new replacement for less than that. Any ideas on identifying hydraulic cylinders?
Re: Loader cylinder leaking
Probably won't help but there is a local Crown Products close to me. I can walk in with cylinder taken apart and they can fix me up with correct parts. You can browse their catalog on this website for what it is worth. http://www.crownproductsinc.com/
