ym240 will not start

I have power, motor turns over. Fuel system is bled. It sounds as though there is compression, buy it will not fire up.

What is the history on the tractor? Did it just start doing this or did you get it that way? Did you ever use starting fluid? Does the starter turn the engine over quickly?
