I am helping a friend put a generator on a ym1500 tractor all the wiring diagrams show a red wire this one has two yellows coming off it and there are two yellow or white on the tractor how do I know which yellow goes where they are both identical? Thank you

I answered your support ticket also but thought I'd reply here too just in case someone later on is working on the same thing. The 1500 had two possible charging systems. If you have the style with 2 yellows then it does not matter how you hook it up.
