That appears to be a home built loader. I doubt there is an actual manufacturer.

It sure looks factory. The bucket uses a skid steer type quick attach. I was able to find two other examples of it online and in another forum. One person thoughy it might be Vietmanese.

Interesting. I have not seen one like that before but there are lots of people building loaders. We had a local guy a few miles away that built a bunch of loaders in his garage several years ago. They looked really nice and they used off-the-shelf stuff like the one in your pictures.
