YM3810D transmission issue?
My tractor now hesitates engaging/moving when I let out the clutch when it is in gear. It actually won't even move until I rev up the rpms, and then it gradually engages. It will not move at all under any load. I was planning to split the tractor already to replace the flywheel which has gotten chewed up by bad starter gear meshing. I'm wondering what could be going on and if it might be something I could address while I've got it split. It has the powershift transmission and all fluid levels are adequate. Doesn't it have a separate pump for the powershift? Could it be some bad seals in the clutch packs? Please help. It seems like there aren't that many parts/resources related to fixing/rebuilding the transmission on these things...

Have you cleaned your internal transmission screen recently?
That is because they very rarely ever fail or need repaired.

Have you ruled out the main clutch? Pto still work with power?
Re: YM3810D transmission issue?
Thanks Aaron and Winston for the suggestions. I will check the internal transmission screen and PTO soon and report back.
Re: YM3810D transmission issue?
So, I drained the transmission/hydraulic fluid today and cleaned the screen. Fluid was pretty dark/dirty and the screen was covered in what looked like tiny metal filings/dust. The PTO was working strong. Cleaning the screen/changing the fluid seems to have fixed the problem at least 80%. It still has a hesitation that it didn't have before, and doesn't really engage without a little throttle. Is there something else that could be going on? Did I do some damage running it with bad fluid and a clogged screen? Something causing low pressure? it does seem to get a tiny bit better as it warms up, but still doesn't seem 100% Thanks again for the suggestions

A page out of the 276 manual. Similar pages in all the power shift manuals. Pretty sure it would apply to your 3810 as well.
