Yanmar FX32D goes very slow in high ranges

Postby Coolhand_9 » Sat Jun 27, 2020 9:33 am

I have a Yanmar FX32D, it has the automatic transmission. The low range works fine, range 2 is decent until you get into higher gears, then range 3 which is the highest range it won’t hardly move at all. Please help I’m lost. Thanks

I sounds like your clutch is sipping. Will is slip in a lower range when you are puling a load or going up a hill? Do you have around 3/4" of free travel in your pedal?
