Re: 3 point issue

The fluid is supposed to go the head where the piston is to raise lift. There is an in port and an out port on the valve. I think I am going to put shop air on the out port side. It should act on the piston and raise the lift some with no weight on it. If it does then it has to be a bad valve since ...

Re: 3 point issue

That fluid is being relieved inside the case where there isn't supposed to be any fluid. I took apart the valve and it looks like there is a pressure relief valve on there as there is a spring and seat so it has pressure relief for what I don't know. i am thinking either it's the valve bad or someth...

Re: 3 point issue

Here is a photo of the valve while I crank for some reason it's relieving pressure out the top of the valve not sure why or even if that is supposed to happen. Not sure if valve is bad or if something is clogged up?
When I crank the engine fluid is coming out of an oval hole on top of valve. See photo

Re: 3 point issue

No power beyond on loader. As you noticed the schematic does not show the valve. There are two seals in there that are flat orings. I plan on replacing those along with checking relief valves . At the bottom of the relief valve it looks like there is an oring that doesn't make sense to me since ther...

Re: 3 point issue

If there was a relief valve open would that put fluid in there?

Also there is no load on engine when moving the control arm up and down. Normally I can hear a small change in RPM.

Re: 3 point issue

there are two seals which direct hydraulic pressure through the valve. I have a winch on a receiver and right before it quit I was pulling a log so maybe the relief valve opened them and something is stuck under the seat? The owner before me used some teflon tape Grrrr I hope it's not that

Re: Hydro pump deadheading

I can't remember which position is locked or unlocked seems like when valve is pointing right it's unlocked which is where it was.
If that's the case I'm not sure what was causing deadhead. I drained system and cleaned filter but don't know what else to check.

Re: Hydro pump deadheading

I have quick disconnects that I just unplug loader and plug in splitter. I can't use loader and splitter at same time, but it has worked fine to this point. When the splitter deadheaded the first pump I was using quick disconnects. I have done away with those. When I sheared the key I had the loader...

Hydro pump deadheading

A couple weeks ago I had my pump deadhead while using my splitter. Guys at Hoye thought it could have been a failed quick disconnect fitting. I got a new pump and installed it on tractor with new woodruff key. It worked fine at the beginning and then it sheared the key. I drained hydro fluid and che...

Re: 2210D 4wd problems/won't shift

Nothing yet. I'm still looking but so far nothing. I guess that means that 2210D doesn't often make it to salvage. I'm considering selling as 2WD and getting something else.

Need dropbox(transfer case) for 2210D!!!!

My dropbox(transfer case) for 4WD is toast. It was having issues in my attempt at fixing I may have made it worse. I live in the Mountains of E TN and I really do need 4WD. I have made calls to all the salvage places and all yanmar dealers and parts places, and no one seems to have one. So MY WORST ...

Re: 2210D 4wd problems/won't shift

It was the 4WD causing the problem. I pulled the gear out and it shifts fine. The problem now is that I need a new dropbox (transfer case) and I can't find one anywhere.
