I don't want you to go completely without an answer. I don't have one for you. Most followers of this forum are the old grey market Yanmar tractor owners. Quite different than your Excavator. I didn't watch the whole video and don't know how close this one is to yours but the guy opens a manual with...

I don't have an understanding but do know diameter X pi circumference and rolling circumferences don't match up. Whether that one is correct I don't know.

Don't go solely on my findings. Just based on rolling circumference only that option would look ok to me. If you are serious about it I would contact Pete's and ask questions. Tell them your story and see what they recommend.

No idea this would work, just putting it out there for you to look at. https://www.amazon.com/BAY15D-Light-Soc ... 848&sr=8-3
Looked up BKT tire rolling circumference on all sizes listed in your post. Tires do vary from one manufacturer to the other. For what it's worth with the correct tires from the factory 9.5-24 and 6-14 your ratio would figure 1.645 to 1, front to rear. With 11.2-24 and 6-14 your ratio would figure 1....
To be honest with you I don' know what is going on with your loader. It is my opinion you should have a continuous flow of fluid from loader power beyond out, through the block and on to the 3 point. This is without any lever being activated. Then, if you activate a loader valve you should then have...
