Re: Engine Rebuild Gone Bad

Probably what bent the push rod when the overtightened valve hit the piston. Valves must be allowed to close completely, that is why you have the clearance between the rocker arm and valve.

Re: Want to buyYanmar 180D front PTO clutch

Assuming you are wanting an over run clutch and not a slip clutch? https://www.hoyetractor.com/PROD/OR-660.htm The 180 may have an internal over run clutch as this picture of a 186 shows with #13 & #14. Hoye can answer the question for you. The 186 is a power shift and yours a geared transmission.

Back to my first statement, good luck with that, I'll be surprised if you can come up with it. I am supposing that would be how many turns per second? at 2000rpm or something along those lines.

Re: John Deere 650

John Deere parts sight is readily available. They show 3 different valves, no idea which one you have. Thinking you might replace a couple of O-rings and maybe the end seal in it and a good clean up job. Tolerances are very close in it. I would imagine this sight could help you with the parts that a...

Re: John Deere 650

That is the control valve. The lever your are talking about is the drop speed lever. It control how fast your 3 point goes down.

Re: No Oil Pressure after overhaul on ym155d

Don't know how to do it but you might ponder on removing the oil pressure sensor, use the opening to attach some kind of pressured oil introduction that might force oil through the system and into the pump. If it were to work you might have to drain out a little oil. Just a crazy idea but I wouldn't...

Your tractor has the same setup. https://www.hoyetractor.com/PROD/SC-4300.htm

Hopefully Wiseman will be along with his help but this might help you if you go for the split. https://youtu.be/HVb58N-gdhU

Re: John Deere 650

Not sure what lever you are talking about. The feedback rod (#51) is on the end of the rockshaft but it the rockshaft moves the feedback rod would have to move. It does sound like your piston o-ring (#10) is leaking. https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc/sidebyside/equipment/71728/referrer/navigation/...

Re: YM165D tachometer/hourmeter ratios

That would give you the engine to tach cable ratio which I guess is what you are really wanting.

Where did you attach the leads when you jump started? Sort of sounding like your ground connection at frame needs taken loose and cleaned.

I used a 5 footer for several years with my old 2002D, same hp you have, just had to use good common sense with it. You don't have to take a full 5 foot cut.

Re: Engine Rebuild Gone Bad

I mentioned what could "possibly" happen with a missing push rod in an earlier post. Your injection pump is going to continue to pressure fuel whether your valves open or not. Fix the pushrod issue and see what happens. Not sure about your rocker arm nut torque. "If" they are m12...
